Bike for recreation or bike to work, recently became a part of the city lifestyle who want to live healthy. However, there are several factors that need to be considered to achieve these objectives, including the age of the rider. It is associated with heart rate.

According to Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Grotz, the chief doctor for Internal Medicine Clinic II of Alfreid Krupp Hospital, Essen, for persons aged 50 years, then during exercise, maximum heart rate should not exceed 130 pulses per minute. In principle, the maximum heart rate of person during exercise should ideally 180 pulses per minute, minus the person's age (‘180 minus age equals training pulse’ ).

The most important thing in endurance sports is cleverly maintaining the heart rate at the level ideally, in this case 180 pulses per minute, minus the age of the person itself. The problem is, when someone takes a recreation or goes to the office by bike, especially if together with others, the ideally maximum heart rate often be exceeded. And if that happens, it's not healthy to be achieved but it is a problem.

However, then we must consider the types of bicycles which is used. Recently, Porsche makes a hybrid mountain bike that will ensure that people with all ages can be healthy in cycling.

First, a hybrid bike from Porsche is very lightweight. With the frame made from carbon, the weight of this mountain bike is not more than 16 kilograms. Second, as for the hybrid technology, there’s an electric hub with direct drive in the rear wheel that can provide up to 450W, which can ease the burden of strokes on the pedals. The electric hub directly to work, if the sensor device detects that the person pedaling a bicycle, require extra energy while speeding at uphill road, the electric hub immediately to help turn the rear wheels. Thus, people who are peddling the cycle can conquer uphill road with relax and fun.

Electric hub is getting electrical power from the lithium battery rechargeable. The battery that look like a drinking bottle was attached to a bicycle frame and will be recharged when the bike speeding a down road. If the battery is full, the cruising distance of the Porsche’s hybrid mountain bikes are more than 50 kilometers.

The teams of researchers from Osaka University have developed a humanoid robot (human form) that can mimic human expressions such as like a laugh and a smile.

This robot named TMF Geminoid can move the face which is made from rubber, to smile and laugh by showing rows of teeth, even can express a sadness and melancholy with a furrowed brow. All that imitated the robot by receiving signals from a person.

The research team led by Hiroshi Ishiguro then held a demonstration by presenting a robot that his form was imitating a young woman with long black-haired in age about 20. Robot and ‘the real’ young woman were gave the same dress.

When the woman smiled and furrowed her brow, the robot was imitating the woman's mimic gestures. Previously, the women’s face has been recorded by video and information from the video was then given to the robot so that later expression of that woman will be imitated by robot via electrical signals. "It was like having twins," said the woman.
The developer expressed their hope that eventually these technologies may be useful in real life, such as in hospitals. "We have received data showing that the robot was able to give security to the patient with a nod and smile when the patient was examined by a doctor," said Satoko Inoue, a spokesman for Kokoro, one of two companies that sponsored the development of the technology.

"Indeed, these new technologies often create fear and negative opinions, but the team just wanted to create a robot that can express themselves like humans," says Ishiguro. According to the plan, the robot was sold for 10 million yen (U.S. $ 110 thousand), mostly to organizations robot developers, Ishiguro said.

I used to work at an import-export company, but since had five children with only one age differences, I started thinking to create my own businesses in order to consider the growth of my children better.

One of the many choices is an online business . My husband taught me about this business. He said “….you can doing your writing hobby by having a blog and also Get Paid for Blogging ... If your blog is great and potential then your blogs can be registered as a publisher to the advertiser companies .. “

I learned about this soon and now the number of blogs that I have is 30. The two main things in order to maintenance these blogs is to update them with unique article and blog walking regularly. Two of these activities would make my blogs have a good page rank as well as their traffic.

If my blogs have a potential as a marketing medium, then that blogs can be accepted by the advertiser company easily which is provides job in the form of paid review. It was almost a year my online business is run and the results were satisfactory even surprising. If in one week each of my blogs get the paid review job with a value of $ 10-100 so you can imagine how much income that I get, can’t you ?

Get Paid for Blogging ... that was the phrase that now I often tell to my friends. Some of my friends think to start doing online business right now. In fact, I did get a lot of advantages: 1) I get money by staying at home while taking care the children, 2) my hobby, writing, was channeled, meaning blogs that I have not only as a media to write but also a source of money, 3) I met with many friends from all over the world and share the experience of online business, 4) the money I earn is not limited as long as these blogs were well maintained.

Shmuel ‘Mooly’ Eden, the Vice President and General Manager Mobile Platforms Group, Intel Corporation, said that Core i7 in laptop is available for those who want the high performance of computer to carry.

The recommended feature from Core i7 for laptop is Turbo Boost and Hyper Threading. Turbo Boost allows the processor speed increase dramatically if there is a core that is not in used. Then, Intel showed the speed of Core i7 920XM2.0 GHz that can increase up until 3.0 GHz. The increased speed occurred in some process, such as photos batch editing or another application that run only one core.

Core i7 for mobile device is a part from Nehalem microarchitecture which had already touched the desktop and server group. In that IDF, Intel also demonstrated the next generation of Core i7 Mobile. In the future, the Microprocessor codenamed Arrandale, will be adopted Westmere microarchitecture and 32nm production process.

Wireless networks work using radio waves instead of wires to transmit data between computers. That's the simple version. If you're curious to know what's going on in more detail, then it's all explained in this article.

I'm sure you know that computers transmit data digitally, using binary: ones and zeros. This is a way of communicating that translates very well to radio waves, since the computer can transmit ones and zeros as different kinds of beep. These beeps are so fast that they're outside a human's hearing range -- radio waves that you can't hear are, in fact, all around you all the time.

The way it works is a lot like Morse code. You probably already know that Morse code is a way of representing the alphabet so that it can be transmitted over radio using a dot (short beep) and a dash (long dash).More importantly for this example, though; it is a binary system, just like a computer's ones and zeros. You might think of wireless networking, then, as being like Morse code for computers. You plug a combined radio receiver and transmitter in, and the computer is able to send out its equivalent of dots and dashes (bits, in computer-speak) to get your data from one place to another.

You might wonder how the computer could possibly transmit enough bits to send and receive data at the speed it does. After all, there must be a limit on how much can be sent in a second before it just becomes useless nonsense, right? Well, yes, but the key to wireless networking is that it gets around this problem.

First of all, wireless transmissions are sent at very high frequencies, meaning that more data can be sent per second. Most wireless connections use a frequency of 2.4 gigahertz (2.4 billion cycles per second) -- a similar frequency to mobile phones and microwave ovens. As you might know, though, a frequency this high means that the wavelength must be very short, which is why wireless networking only works over a limited area.

In addition, wireless networks make use of a technique known as 'frequency hopping'. They use dozens of frequencies in the range they are given, and constantly switch between them. This makes wireless networks more immune to interference from other radio signals than they would be if they only transmitted on one frequency.

The final step is when it comes to all the computers on a network sharing Internet access. This is done using a special piece of wireless equipment called an access point. Access points are more expensive than wireless cards for one computer, as they contain radios that are capable of talking to around 100 computers at the same time, and sharing out access to the Internet between them. Dedicated access points are only really essential for larger networks, though -- if you only have a few computers, it is possible to use one of them as the access point, ...

The fact that Apple's App Store has had more than 1 billion downloads after only being around for a year means that smartphone users are hungry for applications that make their phones more useful and fun. But developers, whether they are large or small, have limited resources and time, and they must choose which platforms to develop applications for first.

So far, it's clear that the iPhone is the first platform developers target. As a result, Apple now has the largest mobile App Store on the market with over 75,000 applications. What this means for consumers is that it's more likely that the newest and hottest applications are available on the iPhone before other devices.

And the reason developers choose to develop for the iPhone is simple. It has the largest base of interactive users. It also has an easy and efficient distribution channel using the iTunes store. And it's easy to develop for given that there is one screen size and a single version of the operating system.

"Developing for the iPhone is a no-brainer," said Noam Bardin, CEO of a mobile app company called Waze, which has developed navigation applications for the iPhone, Android, Symbian, and Windows Mobile platforms. "You get more bang for each line of code you write for the iPhone. But then the question becomes, which platform do you develop for next?"

Right now, it seems like the big developers are creating applications for Research In Motion's BlackBerry devices. And then they move to developing for Google Android.

"What's happening is Android is the third platform for people to think about," said Alex Quilici, CEO of YouMail, a free, visual voicemail service that is available for the iPhone, BlackBerry, and Android devices. "The way we have done it is as YouMail has gotten a larger and larger audience, we've started to see 4 percent or 5 percent of our audience on Android. And we've built an Android app to satisfy those folks since it's relatively easy to do."

Earlier this week, Yahoo announced a Flickr application for the iPhone and two other Yahoo applications for iPhones and a handful of BlackBerry devices. The company said it plans to release versions of these applications for other phones, such as Android phones, later.

"We will make these applications available on Android devices and the Palm Pre later," Sandeep Gupta, senior director of ...
